Nuclear Static Eliminators

P2021 and P2031 NUCLECEL
In-Line Ionizers are
designed for permanent installation, blow off
static-held dust and contaminants, and prevent
their reattraction. They are effective sheet
separators for printing presses and can be used
with compressed air or nitrogen. Stainless Steel
(SS) is available for clean room applications.
Use P2021 for high pressure, high velocity. Use
P2031 for low pressure, low flow rate. P2031
has 1/4" NPT threads, P2021 has 1/8-27. |
| P2042 NUCLESPOTS are
compact (1-1/4" dia.
x 3/8" thick) high powered static eliminators
particularly suited for narrow webs, small trimming
jobs, photographic film, recording and computer
tapes. Also fit well inside analytical balances.
Used as ionizers for 4040 NUCLEJET

P2035 Ion Air Source with
4165 Compressed Air Amplifier generates
a cone of ionized air to neutralize static
charges on large, irregular, or distant parts,
or can be used to blow dust off parts at
distances of several feet. The compact P2035
has the ionizing strength of an 18" bar.
The 4165 Air Amplifier is stingy, using 16
times more ambient air than compressed air.
There are no moving parts to wear out. The
P2035 Ion Air Source can also be attached
to a flex hose with a remote blower system. |
4064-1200 IONMASTER Fan is
highly effective for eliminating static charges
on parts and components at distances up to
4 feet. Ideal for injection molded parts. 6.5” x 5” x 7.25”.
Weighs less than 4 lbs. Can be used on a workbench
or mounted on a wall or ceiling. Fan rated
at 90 CFM. P2063-1000 Cartridge is leased separately.

4066 Fan Blower with P2035
Ion Air Source can
be used on a workbench, wall or ceiling mounted,
or easily tripod mounted. Fan rated at 60 CFM.
The compact P2035 has the ionizing strength of
an 18” bar. TR66 Adjustable Tripod, providing
height of 2’ to 5’, is often used
for collection totes below injection molding
machines. |

Mini Ion Air Blowers deliver
an even, gentle flow of ionization. 4060 is a
table top model. Save workstation space for parts
and tools by using 4060A with an articulated
arm.
The Polonium 210 energy source provides ionization
balanced to +/- 0 volts, and never has to be
monitored, calibrated, or adjusted. 4060R ionizing
cartridge kit, is replaced
annually. 4060 IONMASTER products are purchased,
