Dualmat is a static dissipative industrial grade elastomer designed for use on table and other grounded work bench surfaces. Material is as durable as rigid laminates and as comfortable and appealing as rubber or vinyl mats. Will not outgas or contaminate clean room environments. Suitable for use with constant monitor systems.

Electrical properties are volume dissipative. Decay time 0.05 second for 100 volts to 50 volts per FTM 101C Method 4046. Lifetime warranty on electrical resistance (10 to the 7th - 10 to the 9th) when tested per ANSI/ESD S20.20.

The material conforms to ESD and LEADFREE requirements, including ASTM F-150, NFPA-99,ANSI/ESDSTM 7.1, UL-799, EN 100015, DIN 51953, ANSI/ESD S20.20, EC 61340-5-1 and is RoHS compliant. Free from halogens, lead, arsenic, barium, phthalate plasticizers, vinyl monomer, asbestos, formaldehyde, antimony, chromium and cadmium.

Reversible with one side colored, other side black (Ideal for fiber optics). Available colors are Green (imprinted "Lead Free Environments"), Light Blue, Royal Blue and Dark Gray

0.080 inch thick. Colored side has embossed finish for glare reduction and easy cleaning. Withstands solder, flux and soldering iron contact. Mats include 2 snaps.

Mat & Table Top Cleaner is an ideal non-abrasive cleaner for work stations, table tops, and anti-static mats. Safe on any surface. Leaves no film, is non-streaking and non-flammable. Removes flux residues, oily finger marks, grease, nicotine, dirt and grime, without degrading the surface’s anti-static properties. Contains no alkali or ammonia. ACL6001 quart spray bottle or ACL6002 one gallon bottle.

Conductive Wristbands are durable and lightweight to comfortably ground static charges on personnel instantly. One-size-fits-all adjustable elastic wristband with cam buckle closure. Curl cords have a one-megohm resistor with snap connector at wrist band and a banana plug with alligator clip and snap at mat end.

Staticide Hi-Tech Hand Lotion replenishes the vital moisture on skin that is important to wrist strap performance. Keeps skin moistened without contaminating sensitive components. Complies with DOD 1686A and DOD HDBK 263. ACL7001 8 oz bottle or ACL7002 one gallon bottle.

Anti-Static/Anti-Fatigue Matting combines permanent static dissipation with comfort in 3/8" thick cushion. Tough stain and soil resistant brown pebble finish. Unaffected by humidity. All edges beveled on stock sizes and custom cut lengths. 60 foot rolls beveled on sides only.

Conductive Heel Straps, when used with conductive floor mats, drain static charges off personnel while permitting full freedom of movement.

Model 5069 Long Life Conductive Heel Grounders are held in place with hook and loop straps and a conductive tab that fits into shoe or sock.

Model 5068 Disposable Heel Straps have a non-transferring pressure sensitive area to temporarily attach to the heel of the shoe. Thin conductive straps reach into the shoe from each side to provide the bonding effect to the conductive mat. Ideal for visitors. 100 per package.
