Air Knives

Air Knife Static Eliminators provide a quiet economical curtain of air that can simultaneously clean off particulate contamination and eliminate static electricity from webs or parts.

As compressed air leaves the Air Knife, it passes in front of a static eliminator bar to become ionized in order to neutralize static charges on a target surface. The static eliminator may be electrical (Standard or Hi-Intensity) or nuclear (provided separately). F167 or F167S Power Paks for electrical static eliminators are provided separately.

Ion-O-Force Air Knife Systems use custom designed direct drive motor blowers instead of compressed air. The air knife is made of anodized extruded aluminum, with stainless steel available, in lengths from 18" to 108". The electrical static bars can be model SE1592 or SE1603, or UL listed and FM approved bars for Class 1, Division 1 and 2, Group D hazardous locations.
