Cleaning Mesh (gauze) cleans precision
parts such as injection molding or extrusion
equipment without scratching. Soft, non-sparking,
nonmagnetic, and rust free. Continuously and
integrally knit flat copper wire in tubular
form allows cutting of flexible working lengths
without unraveling. Densely knit pattern provides
maximum edge surface for optimum cleaning.

AA Die Soap is general purpose compound for cleaning extruder dies, barrels, screws, etc. at temperatures of at least 150°F. Melt AA Die Soap on the part and allow 5 minutes residence time before cleaning with copper gauze. |
