for permanent in-line mounting, can
be used for blow off or as sheet separator
systems. 1-1/2" long and 1-7/8"
in diameter, Ioncels have 1/4"
NPT air fittings at each end. 7' power
cord. Use S165 Power Pak.

are highly efficient blow off devices.
Up to 45 Nozzles may be used with
H164 Power Pak. Air fitting is 1/8"
NPT. Air flow expands to about 6"

Nuclecel In-Line Ionizer of
303 stainless steel is designed for
permanent installation. Used to blow
off static-held dust and contaminants
and prevent their reattraction, or as
a sheet separator on a printingt press.
Can be used with compressed air or nitrogen.
Maximum air pressure 100 psi. Optimum
ionization at 35 psi. 2.5" long
x 0.5" diam. Thread size 1/8-27
NPSM. P2021-1000 is 316 stainless steel.
P2021-5000 is electropolished and cleanroom
assembled 316 stainless steel. Use TCR
316 stainless steel tip to focus pinpoint
blowoff.
P2031-1000
Nuclecel In-Line Ionizer can
be used with compressed air or nitrogen.
Aluminum housing. 4-5/8" long x
1" diam. 1/4" NPT threads.
Maximum air pressure 100 psi. Optimum
ionization at 7 psi. Order P2031-2000
for 316 stainless steel.
P2035 Ion
Air Source with 4165 Compressed Air
Amplifier generates a cone
of ionized air to neutralize static
charges on large, irregular, or distant
parts, or can be used to blow dust off
parts at distances of several feet.
The compact P2035 has the ionizing strength
of an 18" bar. The 4165 Air Amplifier
is stingy, using 16 times more ambient
air than compressed air. There are no
moving parts to wear out. The P2035
Ion Air Source can also be attached
to a flex hose with a remote blower
system.
