- Warranty Information
All statements and recommendations herein are based
on tests that Amstat Industries, Inc. (“Amstat”)
believes to be reliable, but the accuracy or completeness
thereof is not guaranteed. In the event any product
is used as directed and does not perform as represented,
Amstat´s only obligation, at its option,
shall be (1) to replace such product or quantity
of product proved to be defective or (2) to refund
the purchase price paid for the product or quantity
of product proved to be defective. To the extent
any product sold is manufactured by a manufacturer
other than Amstat, Purchaser shall be entitled
to any express written warranty, if any, given
by such other Manufacturer. The foregoing is given
in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied,
including any
Implied Warranty
of Merchantability or Fitness for a Particular
Purpose.
Amstat shall
not be liable for any injury, loss or damage,
incidental, consequential or otherwise, arising out
of the use of, or the inability to use, any product
sold or any failure in performance of any product
sold. Before using, Purchaser shall determine the
suitability of the the product for its intended use
and Purchaser assumes all risk and liability in connection
therewith.
